I agree it's taking much longer than expected but at the annual conference in Nashville we got to see all the new materials they will be using and i can only imagine what the obstacles are trying to convince the powers that be to let you build with brand new materials that aren't even in the market yet.
Ex. the Horton guy showed their new SIP panels which is made of their own composite. This ain't no trip to Home Depot and we start tomorrow. Different game. And don't forget the new FL codes.

The steel frame and mag boards are also clues they're pushing a bolder uphill but with the power that comes with the Horton partnership it's all just a matter of time.
I don't believe any of the longs here got in hoping Lig could build a house. They've built plenty already just not the magic house but doubling revs every year is not luck! Must be doing something right.
