Didn't BIEL also receive FDA approval for postoperative eye surgery many years ago? If so, where are the sales of that product?

RE: HealFast, the patch for animals. Correct me if I am wrong, but I don't believe that the HealFast product is owned by BIEL. Rather, it was "gifted" to a Whelan family member(s).
