I agree that the Company (a.k.a. Whelan Family) has ignored shareholders in key ways.

They continue to:

1. Allow the ss to be extremely bloated, which is unattractive to investors
2. Rely on investors to fund the company and then claim it as their own via IBEX and other incestuous dealings. Investors are buying the stock printed by BIEL in order to pay IBEX. The SEC wasn't too happy about this arrangement and fined them individually and corporately (yes, we as investors funded the payment of the SEC fines).
3. Refuse to disclose their share counts to investors, but assumed control of the company
4. Refuse to adhere to the Company By-Laws, in violation of law
5. etc.
