Sounds to-me like BIEL dilutes another 25-billion shares, then things may get going, right? I think 99.9% of retail investors avoid this share selling junk company like the bubonic plague. That's the reason all the buying is existing shareholders adding to their position. In the end it's all going to be worthless paper, because if sales don't start doubling soon quarter over quarter this company's finished, el done. BIEL better nope they can keep the noteholders coming back for more, more junk worthless paper.
