IMO a patent approved by the PTO is and should be a real/valid patent...

Could you count how many times a PTO withdrawn an approved patent itself and / or how many times a Court / Judge (with a right (!) decision) invalidated an approved patent?

I guess it will your "task" for the rest of your life.
