Don't we have a 30 month stay from generic entry IF the trial went south on us? As was pointed out a long time ago around here...we could always go the generic route ourselves, or as Hamburg suggested, just be a supplement company if you'd like. It always seems like we have at least a 30 day window for the next catalyst regarding share price movement.
