According to the commissioner of the SEC (I saw an excerpt from one of his letters), the reason the SEC seems to win 90% of the decisions is because in an OVERWHELMING percentage of cases, the respondent NEVER EVEN SHOWS UP FOR THE HEARING!

I’ll see if I can dig up the letter from the commissioner.

and that's why we knew this case was being far from over and why stating definitive dates were moot... the sec. needs to know that all traders DO trade at their own risk etc.
