The company is "dark" on the OTC. So that's meaningless.

Not only that, but it would be naive to think she doesn't award herself and her kid Charlie with shares as "executive compensation".

Here is the beauty of the Vigils' position. They don't have to worry about where the shares tick at. They only need care about the dollar value of the bid. Right now it's around $38 so they'll leave it alone until it rebuilds. And then they'll take it out. They've been doing this for ten years now through what has been effectively a Million:One reverse split. They do this over and over and over again.

If those numbers are accurate, then right now 23% of the unrestricted shares are sitting on the ask/bid.

Is that number likely? I'm thinking what's probably more likely is those numbers listed on OTC are understated, and probably by a lot.
