Used to be before last r/s and after how no more dilution is what CEO tell people. She tell then and issued pr' as well saying they reduce a/s and never did. Each time she said no more dilution she did even more then before. Nothing but fraud, lies and a scam. One of the all time worse. Every Pr's for a decade lies.
