Sorry, but it was all there in the filings. The problem is the filings are either not understood or not interpreted correctly. Unfortunately, when they are not interpreted correctly, it's adopted by many, because it's what they want to hear. I can't say what happened here, but that happens in general in the OTC.
maybe FINRA will not approve it again, who knows...
Yep these crooks should be in jail !!! without the doubt, they put PR many times that filling will be out in few days, weeks... and nothing happened ....all is traceable !!
