Sorry, but it was all there in the filings. The problem is the filings are either not understood or not interpreted correctly.
Unfortunately, when they are not interpreted correctly, it's adopted by many, because it's what they want to hear.
I can't say what happened here, but that happens in general in the OTC.

Being led around by people who tell you what you want to hear, is not only dangerous, it's not much of a trading strategy.
