UOIP shareholders ignore the problem that Carter didn't cure the delinquencies and allowed UOIP to become suspended and revoked - Carter is a real humanitarian.

Shareholders won't receive a penny.

Been away 4 a time....."Think will roll under CableLabs patent portfolio." that's what I believe also as its the least messy way to clear the air for all & the big 13 will encourage spreading the pain. I'd rather get a settlement with cable labs calculating the fee with all 400+ companies rather than going after each one at a time...At 1% from all Cable Labs members is better and more cost effective (for all[color=red][/color] parties) than trying to get 2-4% from all but the 13.
Part of this deal should involve CableLabs assigning SEP status as it will enhance our efforts internationally.
