Yes....Baby steps.....2019 Fiscal Year Audit to be done....hopefully 2018 Funds for quarter 4 made public.....then uplist to OTCQB......Then and only then can Amfil Technologies spin-off Gro-3 and Inter-Loc Kings.

I see this will take longer than I originally anticipated.

Plus I never sold any shares for Tax losses[should have]and quickly bought them back.

That was/is a very good idea for some shareholders who bought in at a high PPS.

I strongly believe that shareholders believe in Snakes and Lattes...but do not think the same way about Gro-3 and Inter-Loc Kings.

Everyone has a right to their own opinion.

I love Snakes and Lattes and wish the best for Roger and Inter-Loc Kings.

I believe Ambrose Fiis is a smart man....but He has definitely not added value to the Share Price of FUNN....thus the Ticker Symbol change.

Just My viewpoint.
