In what way does/did AMRN's "Marine" label encourage physicians to prescribe longer than 12 weeks?

The Judge will decide it, she will decide:
- "Indication and Usage" (no treatment duration specified) is relevant only (generics' argument)

or

- The whole label (inc. 13. Clinical Trial) should be considered, the label encourage (suggest / recommend) longer than 12 weeks treatment (Amarin's argument).
