Sounds like the the generics lawyers are trying to prove that there is no actual proof in writing that the drug does not work in less than 12 weeks..And there is scarce information on the label of any mention of how long a patient should be on Vascepa...Recommendations for duration of treatment are not clearly stated on the label...

I don't know how important the courts would consider this lack of information...Or how likely the court is to consider other sources such as cardiologist, lipidologists or Diabetic doctors...

Could Amarin bring in clinical experts who could testify that lack of information to duration was
Was so well known to clinicians that the information was not considered vital or even necessary...For the doctors who treat these patients...

HDG, I read page 48-56 but did not find "The parties (including AMRN) agree this was incorrect?". Where should I look? TIA.

Decrease in ApoB with 4 gm dose of AMR 101 ( now Vascepa ) was unexpected ( not obvious to anyone practiced in the art )

Is that the key re defeating invalidity challenge ?
