No he should not invest in pebble with his own money. The entire State of Alaska should with the perm fund dividend. If he invested in pebble, then had the perm fund invest, he could be held for insider trading after this stock hit's $10.00. Too much profit would make him a heathen. Dems do not understand living within there means.
It means nothing to them.
