QMC received a LOC for 1M for 2 reactors.

Arguments against this just do not fly.

Are you calling S. Squires a liar?

Do you have internal information that shareholders do not know?

The only thing QMC is late on is their 10K.

Anything up-beyond that is pure speculation.
