The only thing QMC is late on is their 10K.

Anything up-beyond that is pure speculation.

And the subsequent 10-Q. No speculation about that. A few years late on annual meetings and elections of directors too...

QMC received a LOC for 1M for 2 reactors.

Which shareholders conveniently do not know the terms too.

Arguments against this just do not fly.

Which conveniently covers up Squires' deception. There is no other logical reason for it to be over 3 months past due.

And it is pure speculation on your part that they will ever meet the terms on the line off credit to see a penny of money on the reactors. All we know is the reactors were shareholder funded and they got no cash in return and the company goes dark.
