Those are just a tiny number of options. Meaningless.

Furthermore, Ferris n Family own plenty, about 10% which is a nice number. Not too big, not too small. Do we really want him to own more?

Burlend simply seems to be a guy who doesn’t want to own shares of any stock. This is what he always does. He should be removed from the BOD.

Last, it is a good deal for the company to get rid of those shares at that very low net price. But the numbers are so tiny it really doesn’t matter.
