etzetrade, yes, in my view 75/25 applies to ALL monies received Safe Harbor or NOT! Remember, there was an ownership change on 3/19/2012.

This when an investor signed timely releases that was effective on the (ED) Effective Date of 3/19/2012 when the court signed and filed this filing which also cancelled ALL former Preferred and Common Prospectuses including ALL associated documents.

The last link in the chain-of-title to prove ownership happened with the ownership change on 3/19/2012, otherwise there would be dual ownership issues and those investors who never signed timely releases could also try and lay claim to another investor’s security.
