#60390 RE: BayTrader280 #60376

BayTrader280, regarding the RS here with SIML...

I'm not happy about the 1-1,000 reverse split here with SIML. I think there was a better way of which they could have done things, but... here we are.

Most stocks that I have been in that have done a reverse split ended up very bad for shareholders. I have seen and been in very few reverse split stocks to where things ended up good for shareholders. Usually, ending up good for shareholders is not the norm when a reverse split is done. I think there is gong to be one of two scenarios. First I will explain a worst case scenario, then I will explain what I hope to be the best case scenario.

Worst Case Scenario
As a worst case scenario, SIML can dilute and do another reverse split... the rinse and repeat process. They have done three reverse splits in the past which have totally destroyed and wiped out any and all of the previous shareholders. Hopefully, we're not next.

Best Case Scenario
Best case scenario, hopefully this is the last reverse split that they do, especially since I'm still holding and down big here. If they pull off what's in their previous released PR below of getting to the NASDAQ and giving us dividends from here without doing another reverse split, then we will be fine:

Richard Hylen, Chairman and CEO, stated, “We have had discussions and negotiations with the largest cannabis processor worldwide. Currently they are processing 1M pounds of bio-mass on a monthly basis and are considering purchasing our cold-water extraction system to process 4M pounds of bio-mass. We will keep our shareholders informed of our progress. The potential revenue from this transaction would exceed our current distribution contracts of $275M over the next 5 years.”

Mr. Hylen further stated, “This is a complete game changer for our company as a whole. We are now looking at dividends, NASDAQ and restructuring of our Proscere Bioscience division to gear-up for unprecedented growth in the next 6 months.”
