I'm not happy about the 1-1,000 reverse split here with SIML. I think there was a better way of which they could have done things, but... here we are.
Most stocks that I have been in that have done a reverse split ended up very bad for shareholders. I have seen and been in very few reverse split stocks to where things ended up good for shareholders. Usually, ending up good for shareholders is not the norm when a reverse split is done. I think there is gong to be one of two scenarios. First I will explain a worst case scenario, then I will explain what I hope to be the best case scenario.
Worst Case Scenario As a worst case scenario, SIML can dilute and do another reverse split... the rinse and repeat process. They have done three reverse splits in the past which have totally destroyed and wiped out any and all of the previous shareholders. Hopefully, we're not next.
Best Case Scenario Best case scenario, hopefully this is the last reverse split that they do, especially since I'm still holding and down big here. If they pull off what's in their previous released PR below of getting to the NASDAQ and giving us dividends from here without doing another reverse split, then we will be fine:
