If there is a RS I don’t think it will come till well after financials and the first or second press release describing the new business plan is released. I’m not worried!
Those shares would be needed for a merger and never in my 30 years of trading have I seen a ticker do a RS while entertaining a RM. All we care about is the 500 milly float. It sounds like you are completely out of your league here. Looking back it appear you don't even know how a market is made in a stock.
