Montana. Not intending to scold anyone ( by the way is that only an English or also US thing ... scolding some one ? )

Just that we’re approaching in my mind , a binary event .

I would prefer we focus on that... to see if our collective wisdom ... or should I say HDG and the rest of us ..can gather any insight

I’m reassured by HDG ‘s analysis that the Baker Bros still own roughly 17% of the stock ... $1.3B ...which I doubt they would do if they felt the patents could be successfully challenged .

So Montana .... if for some reason the Baker Bros’s sell half their stake if this goes to trial ... will you do also ?

Montana. If you feel you are representative of most of this board ... then I’d be interested in your opinion on what happens to the PPS if
1) challenge is settled
2) goes to trial and Amarin wins
3) goes to trial and Amarin loses
