I'm not sure I agree with some of the things you say here. However, if it does become true and Verb does go bankrupt, it reminds me to an extent of the CEO Lehman Brothers collapse of the last market crash.

The CEO always danced around the questions of "Do you deserve all of that money while all of your investors suffer"? / "Is this fair" ? through out the whole "entire" testimony (First several minutes of the video).

Remind you of Verb at all ?
