Are you going to report it to the SEC so everything ends up being okay? How do you know this needs to be in there though?

It’s not relative, plus everyone in Silicon Valley knows Nancy took the fall for Steve Jobs. We are very lucky to have her and Judith on our team. Also, Nancy did not implicate any of her team whereas CFO Fred Anderson did. Moreover, the DOJ ended its 2 year criminal probe deciding not to bring charges against the company or several current and former executives including Nancy Heinen. No criminal charges.

Listen to colleague Toni Burke, Head of External Affairs for Bill McDermott CEO of SAP introducing Nancy Heinen in 2010, many years later

Silicon Valley respects and admires Nancy. After Steve Jobs hand picked Nancy she helped him bring Apple back from the brink of bk to a new level of success including Apple Stores, IPod etc.

Yes, call the SEC and let all of us know what they say. Ha!!!!!
What else should we be aware of?

I turn to words of comfort and deep meaning after reading yesterday's 8K:

Jack be nimble

Jack be quick

Jack jumped over the candlestick...
