WCVC is just another one of those garbage OTC scams that is part of a share selling conspiracy.
Its sure a good thing WCVC did that 1 for 1000 reverse split back in 2016 otherwise they would have 330 BILLION shares outstanding and the PPS would only be 0.0000006 today.
