It was a difficult conversation, with the Litigation Trust today. I wanted to argue with him, but preferred the facts first. The Litigation Trust is seeking a massive amount of money, that is more than the estimated 315 million owed the Class A LTU's. So all hope is not lost. Just as you, I thought we could get some cash payment now , while waiting for a larger sum. As of now all of the Class A LTU's need to be paid.
...In the meantime I will be requesting for more information,to be put in the Litigation Quarterly Trust Reports for us Class B LTU Holders. GLTA
