The cartels will pick up the slack in the black market. Imagine where the cartel is giving us high grade pure CBD to make us healthy where as the FDA wants us to conform to there approved drugs that are addictive and harmful.
Just look how the cartels took the Hells angels out of the meth trade by making extremely pure and cheaper drugs, then flooding our market's.
CBD will be the same if the FDA does not wake the fuck up.
I will buy from them.
Common sense dictates.

I'm in Michigan and I find out the Fresh Thyme markets was spending $3000 per store of CBD displays. A huge commitment.

They were raided and all their CBD confiscated in one of the states they do business. I don't think it was Michigan but not sure.

Turns out the state considered it legal but by the time it was sorted out and returned the product had expired.

They cancelled all their displays and are phasing out of CBD until this mess is sorted out nationally.

Plus state level will never get us uplisted.

For a company like CVSI putting it's tentacles into national merchants we need federal guidance. State will not get us where we want to be.

The FDA might not be able to do anything if the states block them out.

“It stops the FDA from getting involved, which means that consumers have to be vigilant about the products they buy.”
