I have been doing a deeper drive on this for a while now, still very far to go. It’s seems some states will be allowing their farmers to grow hemp, provided they get a license. This will then allow the selling of same product in their state. My concern is are all 50 states going to have their own policy / rules, in regards to CBD. Are they also going to go with a license to sell it? How much to test it? Special tax on it? When the FDA does come out are the states still going to have their own policy? Right now, states are all over the road, are they ALL going to conform to FDA guidelines? You know what I think, were only a few steps away from talking about black market CBD. Not junk, but the good stuff too. I think the states that grow it will find a way to profit from it. I maybe wrong, we’ll see. IMO
