Deetew: totally agree with you. We'll get some sales and traction and momentum with the small number of states that are going it alone. I actually don't think FDA will be THAT offended by it. Remember, their job is to remove unsafe products from the market and since our aren't unsafe, they won't be removed. And if large companies see that nothing is being done in those 3 states, that may inspire them to dive in.
But that's 3/50 states; imagine what will happen when the rest fall. FDA is a tough nut to crack but Duffy is the man to do it, and I CVSI has the most comprehensive portfolio of safety and are actively engaging with FDA. I think Gottleib quit because he didn't want to deal with CBD (and he could make a lot more in the private sector).
I still don't know why some of the big companies don't dive in and see what happens, but corporate attorneys running things. I get it but it's too damn slow.
Our day will come.
