That is an odd conclusion pitcook and in my opinion it is incorrect. It is not a forgone conclusion that every company can retain scientists smart enough to invent unique technology, identify its commercial value, and then draft patents to capture this value using a method to actually get the patents issued.
For someone like you that keeps saying it only matters what happens in the lab, you should be very happy with these new patents. I'm sincerely curious why you are not.
