buy low sell high. You are right. I have learned and even though my entry here is bad. I have been averaging down. when you average down it more than makes up for a bad entry when the stock turns and this one will turn

i agree wholeheartedly---------i even did some homework here in pensacola, florida--------houses priced over 200000.00 aren't moving- but all others are moving fine. Keep in mind that a 200000.00 house here is equal to a 250000.00-300000.00 just about anywhere else. They figure the higher priced homes will need 6 months to a year to get needed again. I called 5 realtors.
