All we need is buying and volume. I think people are really under the perception that the housing market is doing just awful. In fact its not. The biggest impact is being felt in the upper end price homes. The multi million dollar homes. According to what I've read that home demand in 2005 was the highest on record. It slowed down in 2006, and its now more of a buyers market as a sellers market. They meet somewhere in the middle but the slow down is believed to have been a part of this correction. Its picking up again and depending on what state or city there are still hot spots.
Sfnn will do fine. Its way under valued and its better to accumulate here than to wait for when it doubles or triples. Everytime a stock goes down or becomes neutral for a week or two everyone begins to think its never going up. Don't be fooled to thinking this company won't get its day in the sun.
.20 to .40 would not be unreasonable. The float is decent as well. It doesn't take alot to move this one either way.
