Unfortunately, the person who should have resigned- Ehrlich the Awful - is basically the only one left. A two person company. Sad.

I'm guessing that she is based on the 8-K instructions:
"If the registrant’s principal executive officer, president, principal financial officer, principal accounting officer, principal operating
officer, or any person performing similar functions, or any named executive officer, retires, resigns or is terminated from that position, or if a director retires, resigns, is removed, or refuses to stand for re-election (except in circumstances described in paragraph (a) of this Item 5.02), disclose the fact that the event has occurred and the date of the event."

She's identified in IPIX filings as a named executive officer so her departure would require an 8-k.

BUT I believe her introduction to the Company was through Dr B, so we'll see if she sticks around.
