I had the impression Ms Harness and Dr Bertilino were a couple. I inferred that from the discussions regarding the shareholder meeting in Grand Rapids Michigan. Of course their relationship was not announced by the company but the Grand Rapids site was chosen in part because of where they lived.

I may have made the wrong inference. Perhaps someone who attended the shareholder meeting may have more direct information.
