This PA stuff smacks of insurers preemptively putting up roadblocks to widespread use of V for the CVD label - they know it's going to cost them money they previously didn't have to spend and they're ignoring the preventative medical side of the equation. They know PAs will result in large #'s of patients giving up trying to get their scrips filled - this is utter BS, and better not become widespread. I think people who come out with how many billions in sales V will have estimates are totally ignoring this kind of potential pushback from insurers - they're going to have to pay those billions, not their patients, and they won't see real cost savings on the medical side for 2-5 yrs, when that patient may not even be insured by them anymore, so V won't have saved them a penny.
