As I posted early BR indicated the 14 days already passed since he filed the 350 application. its at 2:06 where BR said ".....being final report which was filed in accord to the local rules 14 days prior to the commencement of this hearing. IMO this is why the hearing date was revised from Dec 17th to 19th..
