As predicted, no assets or revenue again. The longs here are going to get hammered soon by owning a huge overpriced shell that should be valued in trips. There is absolutely nothing here in this release.
It makes sense. Reduces the percentage held by the legacy shareholders.
Hard to believe he'd put valuable assets into the shell when the liquidation value to him would be only 56%. Would make more sense to put unprofitable debt-ridden assets in; he'd be getting out from under 44% of it.
