Yes, the fact that Kosturous is around is a big "Tell".

I really am hoping that they would release it before the end of the year to make 2019 tax year deadline. Otherwise, I don't see them being compelled to release anything for another year...2020 Christmas??

Why would they be compelled to release early in 2020, if they can operate for another year and make some more managing fees.
