Fully expected, otherwise the Bk case would show to be a fraud. Now since the case is actually closed we will see monies and/or notification of this any day between now and no later than mid April 2020.
However, I am kind of expecting to hear and/or see a major development by end of year 2019 and/or in the first ten days of Jan/2020.
Preferred and common Equity Interests are in the exact position that the original Piers holders were going to be in during previous PORs when they tried so very hard for many years to zero us out.
This is the exact position we want to be as the original planned actions without Equity were going to happen but big difference is it is now Equity that is included as Last Man Standing that will now reap the spoils!
