That is exactly right sharinky. There are folks out there who want the best for patients -- about 5 of them -- and then there is everyone else who will protect the status quo at all costs.
It is very difficult when you challenge entrenched interests. They care about protecting their domain -- wealth, influence, self-image. Everything else is secondary. I experience this in my work on a daily basis.
I don't really like human beings much, to be honest. Animals are better. Dogs in particular. I really wish I could get a dog. One day...
Yep, nothing new at all sharinky. Aggravating at times for sure, but I'm still here and confident on what lies ahead for Vascepa launch and rollout coming up for our long awaited label. There are a LOT of people out there that will benefit immensely with this drug. We've proven it. Now we have the label to promote it. Now they just have to put it to practice and a quick adoption period will take care of all the naysayers out there. At some point all this "resistance" will be behind us and production issues and demand will be our main concerns. Or it could simply be a whole new management's concern? Will be interesting and profitable IMO. Have great day all!
