Bignitz asked Friedland point blank if he was dumping shares in 2017...Friedland lied and said no..So Bignitz knew something wasn't right....


That's a fact.....as told to me by Bignitz over dinner with Yossi Dagan and myself on a Thursday evening in Tel Aviv last February 21/2019...

A fair summary except the fact that JF was referred the disbarred lawyer by the company. It's not as if he had to look hard for one that was disbarred. This same lawyer was referred to other shareholders as well and his name appears in most of the SEC filings before the company engaged the services of their current law firm.

JF dumped his shares after promoting the stock and getting a disbarred attorney to remove the share restriction.
