I think it's important to share facts about the case such as JF was paid 5.1M shares, not 7M as you claimed.

The shares were for Investor Relation services. Where he went wrong was not disclosing to his many audiences that he was being paid to promote the company. That's on him.

OWC reported the 5.1 in their filings. They didn't hide anything.

JF dumped his shares after promoting the stock and getting a disbarred attorney to remove the share restriction.

So, to summarize, where you are incorrect, is both the count of the shares and that he was pumpin rather than promoting the company.

I have never agreed with you.

Stock Promotion Definition

A stock promotion is when someone promotes a stock. In a sense, you could think of a stock promotion as an advertisement of a particular company's stock. The purpose of a stock promotion is to drive interest to the stock so that it will attract investors to buy shares in the stock.

Pump & Dump Definition

"Pump and dump" (P&D) is a form of securities fraud that involves artificially inflating the price of an owned stock through false and misleading positive statements, in order to sell the cheaply purchased stock at a higher price.
