This is a weird and untrue argument.

Semantics. All we’re looking for is a dismissal.

I tell my 8 month son and all my nieces and nephews that it’s not about winning or losing, it’s about how you played the game.

And after watching this play out over the last 2.5 years, I can say with certainty that DBMM has played fair and square and fought for investors.

It is a TOTAL WIN. They ARE NOT REVOKED!
Proceeding/Case was dismissed with no penalties or prejudice.
They had no grounds to appeal because their case was too weak, and instead, could only muster a weak petition for revue which changes nothing
Court has said it all, and that is a HUGE WIN in anybody's book.
This is an historic win with no appeal to stop the process of getting back to regular trading channels.
ANOTHER WIN, is they will no longer be grey. FANTSASTIC! WIN, WIN, and WIN! NICE! Can't skew anything the court has given to DBMM.
