Why are you interested in what Dwyer's private company is doing? Gcgx investors have no play in it nor will gcgx receive any revenues from it. I understand why Dwyer PR's about it... To mislead possible investors. He clearly stated gcgx could not and will not receive any revenues from his "Global". Now that Dwyer fleeced gcgx shareholders he should be about done here... well, once they've dumped the other billion shares.
