AG's argument here was that if she wins her appeal the UW's would be moved from C-19 to C-18 and their share of the C-18 cash would be used to repay C-19 for the 1.4M shares they received.
That's why she wanted to delay the closures and payments to C-18 until her appeal was decided. It was such a convoluted argument that there was no way it could have been allowed.
I actually started feeling sorry for her today, JMW was clearly not in the mood, based on her tone, for any of AG's unsupported arguments.
