How do people forget the fact that Bioamber has the largest operational facility in the world that mass produces Biosuccinic acid.

Huh? Not anymore, they don't. Bioamber's assets were stripped, and the company is or is being dissolved. It is no more. All that exists is ~$120m in debt that will never be satisfied.

Why did the monitor and 2 federal judges say the company was liquidated for $4.34M then? Obviously it is believed it was all some sort of bankruptcy hoax. Why do we believe they lied like that?

Well there's the problem...there's that little court document that clearly states BioAmber doesn't own the plant any longer... Not owning a plant to produce product is a little bit inconvenient in the money making process. Even more inconvenient is the fact that the new owner (LCY) has already changed the sign on the facility & moved in... just sayin'
