Monitor & Judges don't realize fairies, unicorns will swoop in and "rescue" former BIOAQ "shareholders"

Why did the monitor and 2 federal judges say the company was liquidated for $4.34M then? Obviously it is believed it was all some sort of bankruptcy hoax. Why do we believe they lied like that?
