I wish I knew the exact plan then I'd be much more comfortable here lol. But I do know they have a plan to address this issue because they know that with an O/S at or slightly over 2 billion the PPS isn't going to go much of anywhere. This is just my opinion but I do feel a PGA contract is a lock at this point might even be done already. Maybe they have received some 1A share offering money to buyback shares with? IDK. But I do believe they are committed to lowering the O/S back down for us.
