There are 27 categories of awards and there can be multiple winners within each category. Just because Bruce is connected and recognized doesn't exclude him from receiving any awards.
Bruce is not handing himself awards any more than putting in the hard work and effort needed to be recognized to receive the award. Saying otherwise is a complete disrespect to the others who worked just as hard to receive their respective award - which, surprise, wasn't Bruce winning each category - and would be a total collapse of credibility to the Jack Herer Cup and those who actually work in the industry.
The claim you are attempting to assert is just absurd and cannot be taken with any level of integrity.
Bruce and others were recognized for their hard work in the hemp industry, and that's that.
